QUESTION 1: "How do I Calculate Price Odds and What Does It Represent?"

OH EASY-PEAAZY! Grab a calculator, or if you can do it from your head (show-off!), then simply do the following
If there is a price showing as 2/1, simply do 2 divided by 1 (= 2) then times by your initial stake.
So, say you join an online betting site and then place a £5 bet online (I'm a brit, you can say dollar or yen or DM if you wish) at 2/1, and it wins (hurrah!), then it's 2 over 1 = 2 x £5 = £10...PLUS, you also get your £5 stake back on top...BARGAIN, CONGRATULATIONS!
So that's 2/1 = 2 x £5 = £10 + your £5 stake = £15...simple eh?!
OK, now, lets say there is a team that is 8/11 hot favourite (yeh, right, whatever!) and you do a £5 bet again...ready?
8/11 = 0.72 x £5 = £3.36 + £5 stake = £8.36 (well, it's still a profit...but was the team REALLY a favourite, or is there something the bookmakers are not telling us? hmmmmm; Well, this is where I'll come in and make your life a tad easier...we can only hope!)
