The salt pipe is easy to use and comes filled with salt. Take the salt pipe haler and place in your mouth. Take normal inhales through the mouth, exhale through the nose. Do not add water. Do not shake. If needed, wash the outside of the mouth piece with warm salt water to clean.
Recommended for one person, can be shared by family members.
We recommended using the salt pipe at least 15-25 minutes a day for best results. Even 5 minute increments is fine. Our pipe is hand crafted in the USA from high quality porcelain ceramic and refillable. Watch video below for more information.
