When you want an elliptical trainer that will give you an effective workout today and also years from now you look for an elliptical trainer that will hold up workout after workout, year after year and Sole elliptical trainers will do just that.

Besides being rated the #1elliptical, the Sole E95 has:* A nice comfortable stride length of 20 inches. The 20" length is a good length to be be able to stretch out a bit while you are working out.
* 20 levels of resistance so that you can start off slowly and then gradually increase your resistance as you become stronger and have increased cardio endurance. This also works well for the person who may not be in great physical shape now and wants to start off gently then add resistance as you become more physically fit.

- Wow, you must have spent quite a lot of time gathering information on sole e95, I have read that it is one of the top elliptical machines available in the market. In the gymm I usually will jump on the elliptical machine.

- Awesome! I found this lens very informative and I learned alot from it. Am interrested in cardio machines and one of my favorite is the Air Climber. It's cheap, compact and really easy to use.
