Sonoma Diet - Wave 1

-On this wave, you will be encouraged by your weight loss during Wave 1, and the steady but regular weight-losses achieved throughout the whole of Wave 2.

The Sonoma Diet plan consists of eating portion-managed meals based on 10 power foods chosen for their intense flavors and nutritional value. These 10 foods are:
