Yes, I have enjoyed this for over ten years now. Just put your favorite pasta sauce over it and enjoy.

This is great! I love the idea of substituting spaghetti squash for "real" spaghetti.

I'm glad I found this lens. I have just planted some seeds for the first time in my garden (Spring here in Oz) so I will need to know how to cook them :-)

Hey, great lens! I've always been facinated by spaghetti squash so it's great to find some really good info on the subject.

I have made spaghetti squash and served it in lieu of pasta. It's quite good and as far as looks go, it resembles spaghetti quite a bit. Thanks for this great lens.

When we first started veggie gardening, we threw in some spaghetti squash ... well, just for the heck of it. I was trying everything. And then we had a bumper crop of the stuff, and I had NO Idea what to do with. Thank goodness for my Victory Garden cookbook. But, you know, we never did try pan fried. Sounds great. And spaghetti squash is an excellent substitute for pasta, especially for those watching their carbs.

Do you know that there is something about this type of squash that I can actually envision tasting it now just by reading your lens! I think I'll have to add it to my menu this season. Great lens.

This is one of my favorite things to make in the summer. I'm going to look for seeds so I can grow my own this year.

I love spaghetti squash! we grow it in our garden. the little ones from the garden have a much nicer and sweet flavor than the giant tough skinned ones they sell at the store.
