    I've just finally signed up with SparkPeople myself. I did great about 8 years ago on Weight Watchers, but slowly those pounds are creeping back on and I just can't get into the WW Point system again. It's a lot harder to stick to with "less to lose", but I don't want to wait any longer to have even more to lose - again. I didn't like PointsPlus at all, either. SparkPeople looks good so far, I like the nutrition breakdown though the exercise tracking isn't as functional as I'd like.

    i've never heard of sparkpeople diet before. it sounds interesting though. the only turnoff is the word diet. i would think it is a lifestyle change, as that is when people really can keep the weight off... nice lens.
