Since ancient times humans have expressed themselves in different ways, but the Universal Laws stay the same. Our Planet Earth, Gaia, is a planet of infinite variety and so we all express ourselves individually, that's what makes us special in the Universe. No right or wrong...just magnificent variety! Isn't that wonderful? So here is what I am in this incarnation and some of what I experienced in others...the joy is in the experience!

I've always been inspired by Nature...and love to keep things natural, especially in my surroundings.Land Art is the epitome of this...artists using found material to create inspiring images in a natural setting.
- Strijdom van der Merwe is a South African Land Artist that has made a name for himself all over the world. His work is awe-inspiring! He recently wrapped over 300 trees in his local town (that also happens to be my alma mater) in red...one of his signatures. You know Strijdom's been around by going...WOW!!!...that's amazing! His work keeps popping up and brings you to a stop, makes you notice things, it's just fabulous!

Did THIS last year...
A "Martial Arts in Life" Celebration
We started to prepare for this Martial Arts event early last year!
We celebrated a 10 year milestone in our local town of Worcester.
The thought behind it was to present our martial arts students with an opportunity to experience intense pressure, and as we are too small a system to have competitions as such, we decided to change the whole concept and lift the festival to a showcase of what we're about. Our students are all now at an appropriately advanced level to show their skills to friends and family, other students and our colleagues from other areas.
Soooo....besides running a three pronged business that includes martial arts classes, Natural Health Treatments, a full Health Shop with full advisory assistance to clients, I also did all the design work for the tickets, programme, posters and so on, as well as co-ordinating demonstrations for our junior karate students as well as my own black belt demonstration and helping with all the others...whew!
IT WAS WORTH IT!!!
...and this was the result!
This is just a couple of snippets from one camera angle, couldn't wait, had to show off whilst waiting for all the other video material to come in!
I eventually learnt a lot about video editing and different video formats putting together our own DVD, and saved us some serious cash to boot!
The final DVD for our students and friends were presented at our end of year party early in December! (after lots of burning the candle at both ends for me!)

Is the world as we know it going to end?
I believe that there is a Universal plan for our Planet and the souls that chose to reincarnate on it, especially during the end of this cycle and the beginning of the next. There is definitely a shift in consciousness to another level and I'm glad to be part of the whole journey!
The Earth is changing, Gaia is becoming conscious...and we're ALL gonna be shifting UP a level or two! Those who are not aware, will experience, but not consciously... and will move on, back to where they came from. Some will assist with the shift, and some will stay for the next phase!
