Spirituality and Health is Inside You

The Problem or Solution is Not Out There in the World.

Most people in the word think that their problems are
caused by something exterior, something out there in the world. They Blame a person, an event or even an observation , to prevent taking on any kind of responsibility for themselves. They prevent their own spiritual growth by fighting what is.

We must continually work at raising our level of consciousness and subsequently our vibrational frequencies so we may ascend to a Higher Dimension. Go within... Feel your God Spirit inside of you, always with you, eternally.

Where Does the Problem Reside?

The problem resides in you or said a little bit
differently. You are the problem itself.

Now I know you might very well argue this point, but
it's true. If a person argues this point, this truth,
then that proves it. He is trying to convince himself
and the person he is arguing with. You can never
convince yourself that the problem lies out there.
But, you can deceive yourself into believing it and
problems keep coming and getting worse and worse.

Let's take a closer look at this strange dilema that
we place ourselves in. Let's look at it scientifically.

Imagine that you are driving on the freeway and you are
trying to get off on your exit but someone cuts you off
and you miss your exit. The first thing that happens
is you react by getting angry at the driver of the car
that cut you off.

OK, now let's break out the microscope and get a little
closer to what we are examining. Yes something happened
in the exterior world. The guy cut you off. OK that's a
fact. Now turn the dial on the microscope to dig a
little deeper. Where did the anger come from? Where
is the pain originating from? That's right it comes from
inside you. At that moment of anger and pain you are the
anger and pain.

Yes you are going to try and convince yourself that he
is to blame. You will try to point the finger at him
and maybe even the wrong finger and get yourself in
deeper trouble and possibly become a victim of road
rage.

I had an experience about 20 years ago when I was driving
to work. It was early in the morning and I was running
late. The left turn signal had turned green but the car
ahead of me didn't move. So of course being irritated, I
went around him and as I passed I pointed the finger
at him (the wrong finger).

He then follows behind me and at the next red light he
got out of his car and walked to the passenger side
window, which was closed and proceeded to scream at me.
Spit was flying out of his mouth and he smacked the
window a couple of times too. Thank God the light
turned green. It scared the crap out of me.

Now let's analyze the deeper elments of this true story.
As in the example above. I became irritated which developed
into anger and pointing my finger out there. In this case
blaming this man for making me more late for work.
Like a boomerang it came right back to me.

The answer is to not blame anyone for anything not even
yourself. If you blame someone else out there then your off
the hook. If you blame yourself then you become the
center of your own attention(self-centered).

We identify with an ego, an entity. That is the cause of
all our problems. The ego always looks at problems as
coming from out there, from the external world.

Here is how my friend Vernon Howard, founder of New Life
Foundation puts it...

Now look, 'There is something wrong inside of me.' Stop right
there. Stop right there until the responsibility is so fixed
there is no way you can get out of it. You've trapped yourself
and that is a marvelous thing to do because when you do that
you have taken a certain amount of the right responsibility for
facing a problem where it exists, inside yourself. And you are not
going to deceive yourself, you're not going to trick yourself any
more in order to give yourself the very temporary and the very
destructive feeling of accusing others."

End of quote...

The ego never looks within which is where the answer
is. The ego wants you to think that you are it(the ego).
It wants you to think that what is out there matters
more than what is inside you.

You are not it!(the ego)

Here are some other things that you are not.

You are not your name

You are not your mind.

You are not your body.

You are not your job.

You are not your career.

You are not your profession.

You are not your possessions.

You are not your habits.

You are not your pleasures.

You are not your title.

You are not your opinions.

So if you are not any of these then what and who are
you?

You are nothing and... that's something.

Something that is Real.
