Signs of Spring

Spring is my favorite time of year. I love that day when I walk outside and I can just smell it. Spring is coming. It seems like everything around is waking up after a long winters nap. You start to see the beautiful Crocus appear. I notice the birds and butterflies begin to appear. I can feel the sun on my shoulder.

I am watching for the signs of spring.

I have a feeling it will be here before we know it.

Cherry Blossoms in Washington DC

You've probably heard of the Cherry Blossom Trees in Washington DC. They begin to bloom in the spring and people love to travel to Washington DC to see them during the annual Cherry Blossom Festival.

Where did they all come from? Back in 1912 Japan gave us 3000 cherry trees as a gift.

These Cherry Blossom Trees signify that Spring is coming.

I love the spring time, longer days, my tulips are popping up, and my lawn is starting to perk up...it makes my look forward to the summer.
