Near the top of your screen you will see your position # and your category. Click on the category link and see what you can learn from the top lenses in your category. And the other categories too.

Lenses don't get to the top with no reason. They must be doing a lot of things right over a period of time.

USING THE LENSROLL FOR GREATER SQUIDOO SUCCESS

Part of the success of Squidoo is that it rewards connectedness. Just like a web. Hmmm, worldwide web - sound familiar, eh?

1. Login to Squidoo and go to one of your lenses.

2. Click on the lensroll link in the side menu.

3. If you have more than one lens (which is a good idea - see the top lensmasters - they have lots of lenses each), the dropdown menu will allow you to add links to them all... one at a time. Repeat the process till you've added them all.

3. Repeat this for each lens you have.

USE A PRODUCTION LINE APPROACH

When any change needs to be made to all my lenses, such as the lensroll thing above, I open my dashboard then open each lens in a new window. For me, that's right click and select 'Open in a new tab'. Or a shortcut is Ctrl+click, that is, hold down the Control key and then click each of the lens links one by one, and they all open in new tabs inside my Firefox browser.

Then I make a change to each one, for example, adding the eBay module. By doing 6 lenses at a time in a production line, I find it saves time.

However if I was on dialup, I wouldnt try this.
