Celebrating Squidooing
Of course I had to create a Meme just for Squidoo Lensmakers who also happen to blog. (No blog? Feel free to use the comment / guestbook section below.) This one highlights the basics about their lens making zest. Feel free to add any others when you blog and don't forget to tag fellow lensmasters.

How long have you been a lensmaster?
Since July 2006. I know... scary isn't it? Where does the time go.
How many lenses do you have?
145 active, 8 in progress and so many more in my head fighting to get out.
What are your top three lenses?
My top three lenses are:

- Megan Fox Tattoos
Who are your top three favorite lens makers?
At the moment:
- Daoine
- Carennedy
- Topanga
Top three favorite lenses, not your own?
- Michelangelo's David (it's awesome!)
- Indiana Jones
- Pirate Costumes
What is your favorite module?
I'd have to say the text module. It is such a creative module with so many possibilities of what can be put in it. Followed by the black box and Polaroid which are just cool and add texture to a lens.
What is your lens making goal for this year?
I want to hit the 200 lens mark this year. I will be thrilled with 200 and will just work on upkeep from there. Of course, I said that about reaching fifty too.
Have you won any awards for your lenses?
No, not yet but anything is possible. Is it a goal? No. But it sure would feel good. But I've had two lenses make it into the Top 100. And not ones I expected to get there either. Squidoo is an interesting entity.

White Oleander (Oprah's Book Club)
Amazon Price: $10.07 (as of 12/24/2009)
Janet Fitch is one of my all time favorite authors and this is one of my all time favorite books. It uses an interesting writing process to tell the story of a young teenager who gets lost in the system after she is taken away from her mother. It is full of pain, tears and a few laughs. I highly recommend it and when you're done you can review it on your blog.
