Always as a young child I was just lying in the grass, listening, watching, being in touch... Taking great pleasure in the flight of butterflies, the yellow of flowers and the smell of the earth.
From a place of stillness and attention, just being in being, from this place there is no movement of thought. There is just quiet breathing and a sense that all tension has melted away - A lightness of heart, a circle of completion.
And what is perhaps not suprising is that from this state of innocence and wonder Life opens her door to us.

It is from this Stargate of our Heart that we are able to open a portal to the Stars... any star, galaxy, planet or place in the Universe that we choose we are able to travel to through our imagination and perception and know it through our Heart. Do we necessarily need a technology; a machine which creates a wormhole so we can manipulate space/time and walk among the Stars?

Indeed this is the purpose of my lens although here it is to introduce a window or portal into what lies above and beyond! A stargate is a gate or portal from which one can gain access to another location beyond the constraints of time and space
.
It is often depicted as a water like opening contained within a circular device - Most typically as in the Stargate TV series, in which the Stargate SG-1 team have access to alien worlds through the Stargate they have captured and configured to their own ends. The image below is from The Stargate Atlantis series. In ancient Egypt the Gods are often depicted on boats in the shape of wormholes travelling through the Stars. "Life, the ancient visionaries believed, is about preparation for existence in other dimensions. They came to Egypt to do the soul work, to learn the Way of the Stars and the secrets of the gates that connected them to higher realms and intelligences. They left Egypt as Starwalkers." THE STARGATE OF THE HEART
Make Some Space where you wont be disturbed - Light A Candle

Before we start you need to choose a Star or galaxy or place in the Universe to which you feel drawn to.
I drove down to my favourite beach at dusk on a quite winters day when the sky is a mix of pink and cobalt and the first stars begin to appear one by one as the light fades. I sat in my car allowing my mindspace to quieten, I ask for the Light and facilitate a connection...
Begin in a similar way or if you prefer just imagine the Star or place in the nightsky thats right for you.
Ask for the Co-ordinates - whatever comes is perfect, it doesnt matter if its accurate in relation to some map or system. Just right them down as presented to you - they are a reference point for your subconscious mind only. If you know the Name of the Star or a Name comes to you - all for the better.
If you prefer you can do this by accessing Google Sky but remember this is an inside out process and you are creating sacred space - Just go with what you are first drawn to, enable and support your inner process.
Find your way into stillness - make sure you wont be distracted... Allow about 30 minutes. For some of you this will process will take a few seconds others much longer - both ok.
Ask for the location of the portal which is nearest to the Star, planet, galaxy or location you have chosen. You might imagine yourself at a cross roads and choose the road which is signposted in the direction of your Star. Or you might just simply know.
To access The Stargate of The Heart. Very gently gather your breath, pull it from all corners of your body(if you know how also pull it from the selves that exist in other dimensions do that also) ...very gently now, make this effortless and easy... See a beam of light, a starbeam emanating from your heart all the way to the portal nearest your Star. As you imagine the Starbeam imagine that you are being drawn up into the sky, and out into space to arrive at the Portal. Enter the portal, maybe its a cat flap, or an elevator, or an old rusty door, whatever comes is ok, dont get hung up on it, maintain connection with your heartspace. This process is quick and effortless, using your imagination as a guide only to know where you are...
What do you experience? Recognise the color ray of the Star, What color is it? See the color and listen to the sound it makes... The starbeam draws you ever closer and as you get closer you see more, feel the vibrations emanating from the Star, Use your senses to register impressions... Maintain connection to your heartspace and the information will arrive effortlessly. Less is more, beyond the framework of imagination you will know. Ask a question? Is there a message from the Stars destined to coincide with you?
Some of you may get a lot of information others just an inkling, it is possible in participation to get a flash beyond the veil of mind and beyond time/space as you know it. For me this is a flash so quick and yet the images I see are 3D and full color...
When you are done be sure to bring your attention back into your heart - feel your heart energy and hear the pulse of your physicality, allow your energy to distribute throughout your body, take you focus to your feet and feel your connection with the Earth. Rest easy...and write down what you experienced. Keep a Star Diary so you can track your experiences they will deepen with practice.
