Steelers Football took a little set back in2011 in the Superbowl as they lost to the Green Bay Packers 31-25. However, they played a good game and almost made a great comeback and all Steelers fans who are dedicated to their team are just as proud of them as ever. They made it this far and it takes hard work and a great team effort. Go Steerlers. Watch out for them again next season. If any team can make it happen, the Steelers Football Team can. The past doesn't lie. Take a look.

Steelers are the team with the most Super Bowl Championships. They did it again for the sixth time in 2009. On Sunday, February 1st, 2009, the Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl XLIII. Not only did they take the 2008 AFC Conference Champions but they went on to become the 2009 Superbowl Champions of the World. Congratulation to Coach Tomlin, Big Ben, Santonio Holmes and the rest of the Pittsburgh Steelers on becoming the only team in NFL history to have Six Superbowl wins.

The Steelers Football Team has had the honor of wearing the Superbowl ring six different times throughout the years. Remember back in 2006, Big Ben led the Steelers to their fifth Superbowl victory in his rookie year with a win over the Seattle Seahawks. Then, with the 27-23 victory over the Arizona Cardinals, they have an unprecedented six Superbowl wins.

In 2009, Big Ben brought the Pittsburgh Steelers to the Super Bowl again and stood out as the quarterback who made things happen. In the last seconds of the Superbowl, Big Ben threw a perfect pass to Santonio Holmes who made an unbeliveable catch, stayed in the bounds at the corner of the end zone, and helped clinch the title for the Steelers as Superbowl Champions.

It doesn't matter where you live in the US, every city you go to has a string of Steelers fans. Steelers fans are dedicated to their team in the good years and in the not-so-good years. Steeler Nation rules.

What's in store for next season? Well, Big Ben seems to always come through in the clutch. It's not on accident. They didn't win the Superbowl this year, but you have to give them their due for a great year. So, come on, other teams and other fans, give us a break. Just admit that Ben is a great quarterback and that the offense and the defense make things happen. Stop making up excuses as to why the other team lost, and admit the truth that the Steelers do knwo how to win! Give the entire team and coaching staff the credit that they have earned throughout the season. They are a great football team. Period.
