Stranded In A Castle Cup

If I were stranded

I took this picture a long time ago (at a place in life when being stranded saved me).  It seems to be the one place I keep coming back to, whenever on the verge...

Join me as we escape into the castle in a cup, more than half filled (for the optimist in you) with exciting adventures or quite moments.

Of course, since it is a fantasy place, we wouldn't need to worry about breathing underwater or things getting damp (our CD player, for instance).  It would be more like a snow globe - you know, how there is a liquid, but it doesn't effect/affect the people inside (no pruning, wrinkling or whining!)

Come on in, the water is fine - in fact it's your desired temperature all the time

    Reserve that room that has the giant bed and whispy curtains all around it. I may make camp and never leave.

    This is fun to think about..I am torn between being snowed in,having to read all those things I have put aside for a rainy day or the ultimate tropical island where the water is crystal clear and everything you could want to eat grows wild, Toucans sit on your shoulder and lobsters hide in the coral

Ok, so we have our tunes, we have our movies, now we need some good reading materials - but since the castle has low lighting, we are opting for audio books... Here are a few that I can read over and over again...

Having David Sedaris read you his own stuff is even better than reading it yourself.
