If you don't have the proper skills, it is always helpful to get professional help. The second thing to do is practice what you learn. After you exercise your new skills, this type of thinking will turn into pure habit. The last step is to network. There are always new tips on how to maximize strategic think. - One of my favorite things are those optical illusions that look like one picture but if you look long enough at it you see a completely different picture. Problems in business are often like that, at first you see the obvious answer but after you look for awhile you see something that you never noticed before.
