I've never been a big fan of counting calories. In fact, in the past year I've lost about 25 pounds - all without counting a single dietary digit. Sure, I know to keep records of everything you put into your mouth can help peel off pounds, but I also know that obsessing over calories make you more likely to eat low-fat, low-fiber foods, that wouldn't necessarily make a big difference. If you're eating healthy portions in moderation, that is what counts.

Instead of crunching numbers, I munched on healthy foods to become a weight loss success. For snacks, add protein, such as lowfat string of cheese or parmesan to your between-meal bites. I love hummus and dip vegetables into it instead of pita bread or crackers. If a food lover like me can do it, you can try too! It's easier to Strip The Body Fat than you think!
