My mom has been making these since I was little and they are so yummy I thought I should share them with the world! So I am going to share this very simple and extremely quick recipe with you!!

Drumroll please: The Recipe itself

Ingredients
4 Green Peppers, with tops cut off, and insides removed, washed
1 can tomato soup
1 cup rice, uncooked
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb. hamburger, browned

Here's what to do:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat tomato soup in saucepan, add garlic and cook until heated. Add tomato soup and garlic mix to the browned hamburger. Cook Rice. Add Cooked rice to the other mix. Using a spoon fill the green peppers to the top. Bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender. (You can cover with aluminum foil if you would like, or if they are browning to fast)

Have you eaten this before?

Ground turkey is so much healthier! It doesn't have all the fat that regular hamburger has, and you can't really tell the difference that much in taste!

Hamburger or Ground Turkey?
