Support ASPCA: Many Services--Donate

The ASPCA is the first and oldest animal welfare organization in the United States. I support many organizations but it is impossible to raise funds for all of them. I created this lens to help increase donations for this organization. The reasons for my support and interest in the ASPCA is because they provide these services and more: resources for pets and parents; positive outcomes for at-risk animals; and serving victims of animal cruelty. Displaced pets can also be adopted but even with ASPCA's efforts this help often come to late. With the recession, the foreclosures on houses and unemployment, many homeowners have to leave their homes and often have to abandoned their pets. This is not an easy thing to do but this is the only option forced upon them. It is truly an awful experience. I created this Charity lens with a donations module as another option to support thos organization. You can join ASPCA on their My Space page, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and on their Community Network on Ning.com.
