Suspender Belts for Holding Up Stockings

It's official, Stockings are making a comeback!
OK, so we need to know what kind of hardware is available to keep these fabulous stockings comfortably in place and looking beautiful. That's where the Suspender Belt comes in.
Once upon a time it was standard equipment for all women who wore stockings to have a suitable hold-up device in the form of a classic suspender belt. Most of these were of a fairly functional looking sort of design but as this trend progressed, things became a little more exciting. progress was made from the regular battle ship grade 4 strap variety through to some of the most attractive suspender belt designs imaginable. Upgrades were made from the standard 4 straps to 6, 8 or even more in order to keep ones stockings in place. Fabulous lace, silks and beautiful detailing work meant that the suspender belt became an object of desire. Of course, it wasn't long before it was seen as an item for titillation rather than functionality. The problem was exacerbated by the influx of cheap products designed for the bedroom but which were basically not up to the original purpose.
