Review - Swagvault: A safe Gold Vendor?
Swagvault was founded in 2004 by ShenHua Innovative Technologies. They have grown enough to have about 200.000 customers in the United States. They claim to have an office in Washington, but all their deparments are actually located in Beijing.
Swagvault got a mixed reputation. Some like them, some hate them. It's a bit strange since a gold purchase shouldn't lead people to get emotionnaly involved but things are the way they are.
Overall, they have a pretty good reputation and a green bizrate.
Website Security: 8/10
Swagvault got a pretty safe website. They got high standards in terms of security. They are also extremely concerned about transactions security and got a long and painful verification process to make sure that you are the one ordering from them and that you are entitled to use the payment method you chose.
It means phone calls and email verifications. It might seem a bit tedious but it's for our own safety.
Ingame safety: 8/10
Their Ingame delivery is quick and face to face. As long as you make sure you don't buy ridiculous amounts of gold at one time, there are no reasons to be left in an awkward position. This could be a little bit improved, but again it has been working very well for a while now.
Their delivery process is quite efficient and discrete.
Overall: 90/100
Swagvault is one of the biggest and oldest currency seller on the market. In my experience their support was fine, the deliveries were fast, and the prices are attractive and competitve.
One of the minus is that they are a China based company, and this may cause some disfunction sometimes, expecially when something goes wrong with your order, as many people have reported.
But in the end they are trustworthy, and we will definitively buy again from them in the future.
