Networking Community? What is it?

Great new way to do network marketing

If you could get help growing your business--not just a promise--but real help would you be interested? I am! A community of people who teach you how to do online marketing and support your every effort is a great concept and I am finding that this community is real and not just hype! Yes, each one must help by actually putting in their time doing the tasks that support the community, but I no longer have to call all my friends, fish for their friends, and hold meetings. Neither do I need to buy expense and usually out-dated leads. This community generates it's own leads which are people who are looking for this opportunity and have sold themselves already.
There is no secret to what we are doing, we just follow directions and our goal is SUCCESS FOR EVERYONE--NO ONE IS LEFT BEHIND! If this sounds more fun to you, why not join our community?

If you think you are beaten, you are,
If you think you dare not, you don't
If you like to win, but you think you can't,
It is almost certain you won't.

If you think you'll lose, you're lost
For out of the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow's will-
It's all in the state of mind.

If you think you are outclassed, you are,
You've got to think high to rise,
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.

Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the man WHO THINKS HE CAN!

BUILD Your Business!

There are even more indications of how important - and timely - building a sustainable residual income is for nearly everyone in our country.
In a recent report by Progressive Business Publications, Chief Economist Michael Donnelly released some chilling statistics. This report is about three weeks old, so the numbers are probably worse now.

"Over the past 217 days, at least 4,975 stores have been closed. That's about a store an hour, or 23 a day." In a recent National Public Radio podcast, retail consultant Howard Davidowitz said that in 2008, we would see 7,000 retailers close their doors, compared to 4,500 in 2007.

Here's just a glimpse of who's closing:

Business Stores Closing
Bennigan's 200
Bombay 388 (All stores closing)
Comp USA 109 (17 stores remaining)
Foot Locker 274
Linens 'n Things 590 (All stores closing)
Starbucks 600

The Watchlist:
Blockbuster
Circuit City
Mervyns (Chapter 11)
Office Depot

All companies are being run by astute and sophisticated business experts. Imagine how this economy is impacting the "little guy" who doesn't have the resources and wherewithal, and may lack the experience to ride out the economic downturn.

I believe that each person - especially those employees who are losing their jobs due to major chain closings - could all use an extra $1,000 a month or more.

That's something very unique in our industry. It can be a savior to those who are backed into a corner with nowhere to turn. Build your network marketing business and you can be worry-free about future economic swings.
It's amazing how simple our business is and how lifesaving it can be - once people understand it.

MLM Tips for Beginners

Following up your leads

Make a good impression on your prospects on your first contact. People join you not your business. Remember these are people who are choosing to join your business and make the call about them--not you!

Initial Phone Conversation
When you speak to your prospects remember it is all about them. Introduce yourself and always ask them if this is a good time for them to talk.

Make the first call a fact finding mission rather than coming across as a desperate marketer. Get them to tell you their desires and their "why." Find out what time frame they have set for themselves.

Ask a question and listen carefully. Never interrupt your prospect but take notes on their answers.

Limit the first contact to a short time. Leave them with some information to go over and set an appointment for your next contact.

Following up on your leads

Are you interested in developing a home business?

If the answer is "yes" say:
Great, I would like to ask you a few questions just to get to know you and find out what your needs are.

Ask FORM questions.
FORM stands for--
*Family
*Occupation
*Recreation
*Mission

Examples would be:
Tell me a little bit about your family--are you married, do you have children, how old are they, etc.

What are you doing for work? What do you like about your job? What don't you like about your job?

Have you done anything entrepenurial in the past?

What do you do for fun?
