Panic Attack Symptoms

Back when my panic attacks started I thought I was going to die several times a day. I was in constant fear and I had no idea what was wrong with me. I thought that nobody would understand what was happening to me if I told them, so I never did.

I ended up confined to my "safe zone" which was my house when I was a teen. If I went out, especially driving I felt trapped and It would set me off. I was living in constant fear everyday of my life.

I became a loner and withdrawn, self contained for many years.

One of the main panic attack symptoms I kept having that would set me even further back is that my heart would sky rocket with my other symptoms but also skip beats over and over for maybe up to an hour before it totally wore me out to relaxation. I literally thought I was dying each time having a heart-attack. This would happen almost daily. I had a lot of the other panic attack symptoms too like adrenaline flashes, sweaty palms, xtreme feeling of death and doom, de-personalization.

I was extremely frightened to go to my parents or to a hospital away from my "safe zone" in fear I would die at hospital or nobody would understand and that there was no cure. I was always feeling very alone.

After several months when it all began I noticed a pattern and so then I would become fearful of what could possibly happen and when it could strike anytime. So my fear was DAILY all day long wondering when my panic attacks would strike again because my heart would skips beats, and jump around, I REALLY thought I was dying each time but yet I would remain alive.

Back then I never read anything about panic attacks or anxiety attacks so I had no clue and thought it was ONLY me and nobody else had it or would understand.

Maybe your like me in many ways?

I've learned over the years that there are many, many different types of panic attack symptoms that people get no matter how "quirky" they seem.

Panic Attack Multi Vitamins

One of the most critical aspects of controlling your panic attacks is by eating healthy. When you eat healthy not only do you feel better but it can help reduce the frequency and duration of your panic attacks.

Eating foods like bananas, turkey and pasta have natural chemicals in them that can raise your Serotonin levels to help calm your nerves.

Also I highly suggest that you start taking a multi-vitamin that is catered specifically for your anxiety and panic attacks.

The 12-in-One MultiVitamin contains the key nutrients, minerals and fruit & vegetable concentrates you need inside an easy to swallow soft gel.

About michelletas

I'm Michelle Tason and I've been living with Panic and anxiety attacks since I was 12 years old. Although I had my first anxiety attack at the age of 9 at my aunts church, I did not have my first actuall full blown panic attack until I was about 12 years old shortly after I almost drowned in the ocean from capsizing a fishing boat.

I put this site together so that others who may suspect, or otherwise know, that they have anxiety and panic disorder to help educate and get them to understand that they are not alone in this world.

I'm living proof that they can control and overcome this disorder forever.
