TEECH - Telecoms Eastern European Challenge - Uk Charity

TEECH is a UK registered charity since 1999 which takes aid and carries out projects in some of the poorest parts of Eastern Europe such as Romania, Bucharest and Moldova.

TEECH stands for Telecom's Eastern European Challenge.
Every year the TEECH trustees visit possible projects and decide who would best benefit from our efforts and how we can make them self sufficent. Following this decision our volunteers then spend the rest of the year raising money through various events such as the Masquerade Ball, 60/70's Disco's and collecting physical items (new and used) which have been requested by the project. This year we are dedicating our resources to Falesti village Orphanage & School in Northern Modolva where 70% of it population live in poverty.

Blogger - http://teech-charity.blogspot.com/ Blogger.com is a good choice of blogging sites especially as it is owned by Google!

Squidoo - http://www.squidoo.com/TEECH---Telecoms-Eastern-European-Challenge This site have put a lot of effort into making it as easy as possible to create your own blog or "lens" as they are known as on Squidoo. It is also a great wealth of knowledge on various subjects and personal views.

MySpace - http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendID=448623077 Much like Facebook, Myspace is a social networking site which offers a lot more customisation of your page by adding music, pictures, background colours & pictures

TEECH 2009 Masquerade Ball

13th june 2009 @ St Elizabeth Hotel Function Room, Copdock, Ipswich

After the sucess of last years Masquerade Ball www.teech.org are back again with a repeat Masked Ball to raise funds for TEECH charity who this year are off to Falesti Village to help repair and decorate the village school and orphanage.

The Masquerade Ball is going to be held @ St Elizabeth Hotel Ipswich Function Room.

Music and DJ Entertainment will be provided by Ipswich's Words and Music http://www.wordsandmusic-live.com/ as we have received mulitple requests for them to play again.

Ipswich Town Signed Football

Ipswich Town have donated a signed Football for our Masquerade Auction

Lots of signatures on a official Ipswich town football www.itfc.com We are also hoping to get a signed football shirt via another donator. I have heard a rumour that footballers are charging £50 a signature now so here's a chance to get a ball or shirt at a discounted price!

Satalight Photography will be available to take your professional photo's on the evening.

All photo's will be printed on site within a few seconds and placed in a protective cardboard strut and then a plastic bag for the journey home.

Satalight photography www.pro-photography.co.uk are paying a commission to TEECH for every photo taken and have also kindly donated a larger photo to be taken on the night and sent to the winners address for our auction.

Dave and Carol are no strangers to taking photos at charity events and we are looking forward to working with them and raising money for TEECH.

Kiss Dress Hire - supplying Masquerade Dresses for Hire

Kiss dress hire located near Woodbridge Suffolk are paying commission to TEECH for dresses hired for our event

Apryl from KISS Dress Hire has a extensive range of dresses and her flyer states "dont stress, you will have the dress"! Woodbridge is only a short distance from St Elizabeth Hotel which makes it ideal location to collect/return your hired clothing.
