ATTACH long edges of 2 of the crackers with icing to form roof; stand on edge on wax paper.
ATTACH short edges of 2 crackers to each side of roof as pictured for sides of house. Attach 1 cracker for floor; let dry. Stand house upright.
PIPE icing onto floor of house; sprinkle with colored sugar. Stand bear-shaped graham snack in house; attach to floor with icing.
PIPE icing at roof peak; attach 5 candy halves over peak. Decorate roof with icing; let dry. To hang on tree, slip 10-inch piece of thin ribbon through house; tie into bow.

ROASTED EGGPLANT SPREAD
2 medium eggplants, peeled
1 red bell pepper, seeded
1 red onion, peeled
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons good olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons chopped parsley, plus extra for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the eggplant, bell pepper, and onion into 1-inch cubes. Toss them in a large bowl with the garlic, olive oil, cayenne and salt and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 45 minutes, until the vegetables are lightly browned and soft, tossing once during cooking. Cool slightly.
Place the vegetables in a food processor fitted with a steel blade, add the lemon juice and tahini, and pulse 3 or 4 times to blend. Taste for salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and add the chopped parsley. Garnish with extra parsley.

Originally for the Kebler townhouse topper crackers..But I think that it would be great for a triscuit cracker.
Ingredients:
80 Keebler® Town House Toppers® Original Crackers
1 pound summer sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
80 sweet gherkins
Directions:
1. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Place KEEBLER TOWN HOUSE TOPPERS Original crackers in a single layer on baking sheet.
3. Slice summer sausage slices in half. Place each half on top of a cracker.
4. Slice cheese slices in half. Place each half on top of the summer sausage.
5. Place baking sheet in preheated oven. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Immediately place a sweet gherkin on each slide. Spear toothpick through pickle, cheese, and sausage. Serve warm.
Note: For a variation, use 2 pepperoni slices and a zesty bread and butter chip in place of the summer sausage and sweet gherkins.

Triscuit Pizza
Ingredients
- 24 Triscuit Crackers
- 1/2 c Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/2 c Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
Instructions
TOP each cracker with 1 tsp. each of the spaghetti sauce and cheese; sprinkle evenly with oregano.
PLACE 6 of the topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
SERVE warm.
SubstituteSubstitute dried basil leaves or Italian seasoning for the oregano.

- Awesome idea for a lens. Triscuits are my favorite crackers, and you've just shared some great ideas. I'm going to try the Cracked Black Pepper Triscuits with corned beef, swiss, sauerkraut and a dab of thousand island dressing for a pure Reuben cracker.

- This snack holds up well in microwave when you put cheese and other stuff that you're wanting to warm up. Great cracker and I liked all the recipes you listed for people to use. *blessed by a squid angel*

- My favorite Triscuits are the rosemary and olive oil ones. I either eat them plain or top them with a little low-fat, chive cottage cheese. Yum!
