I am starting a journey today to change my life for the better in 90 days
Developing new habits is easier said than done
This is it! I am going to do this no matter what! I if buy this product my problem will be solved. .
Like many of you I have tried numerous exercise programs and business ideas I have had success off and on with both but now when I need to accomplish my goals the most, I am stressed, tired and feeling brain dead (can you say adult AADD).
In the past I was always able to accomplish most of my goals, I stayed focused until it was done. I was able to drop 4 dress sizes and have kept it off 3 years now. I used to exercise 4 days per week now can barely do one per week.
I don't know what happened but I know I must rid myself of the BAD HABITS that crept back into my life and have me in a place where I don't want to be.
On the positive side I have a job (it sucks but pays well, however it is time for a change and in this economy this is not going to be easy). I am a home owner. I am often told I don't look my age. However, I have gained some weight recently mostly due to stress and I want my clothes to fit comfortably again.
I am not the type to write things in a journal but I thought it might be interesting to get some new ideas from complete strangers. Here is what I want to do.
1) Reduce TV to 1 hour per day (if its good enough for the Obama girls it's good enough for me right? after a stressful day nothing beat zoning out on TV)
2) Lose some weight (only need to lose about 10 pounds should be easy right?)
3) Start exercising consistently
4) Have a successful new business so I can finally quit my job (this is the hard one folks, after plenty of starts and stops I need to really do it this time, my health is at stake here!)
Remember I am looking for developing GOOD HABITS so please no fad diets, or crazy business schemes

- Weight loss is going so-so hovering between 3-4 pounds now. Exercise - consistancy still a problem. TV is getting easier to turn off (nothing on anyway), it will be easy to blow off most of the fall season too much reality tv crap.
