How to find a great tattoo artist.
Finding a talented and qualified tattoo artist is probably the most important aspect of getting a tattoo (aside from the design itself of course!).To find a great tatooist you may need to do a little research. Tattooists must be qualified and keep their equipment clean. Tattoos require great care when they are fresh, and an infection can ruin your tattoo.
If there is any doubt the tattoo artist has a less than hygenic reputation then move on.
Also Try to find a tattooist that has been in business for a long time. This is an indication that he is succesful and that he has many satisfied customers that come back for more.
Also ask your friends where they went for thier own tattoo's. Great tattooists have good reputations and through word of mouth their skills and quality spread quickly. This is also an excellent indication of a great tattooist.
