User Feedback & Comments

I have taken the liberty to search the internet high and low to find non bias user reviews, I have found that a lot of review type articles don't really seem to give honest feedback so I have been looking on forms and the comment sections of Blogs

If your looking for a place to buy the TaylorMade Burner Driver the best price I have found so far is from
www.austads.com

"I bought the new Burner with 10.5 loft and stiff shaft. Having tested all the new drivers including the Cobra L5V and Calloway FT-i, I found this to be both the longest and most consistent. I play off 11 but have never been the straightest off the tee but not only have I added 15 yards in length, I am hitting many more fairways. The club feels very stable throughout the swing and has a great noise at impact. I can't praise it enough!!"

"I never hit the Bertha, but I just love the Taylormade Burner that I bought. It straightened out my slice and increased my distance. I have had it over a year now and I can actually draw the ball of the tee. And believe me i'm not a good golfer."

"I can't say enough about this club. This is the first driver I've carried that I don't continue to go back and test new drivers. The driver is long, forgiving, and you can work the ball off the tee. The biggest thing I've found is consistency. I hit more fairways with this driver than any other."

"This club if you hit it right has an awesome feel and good distance, about 290 when I hit it well. The club is very hard for me to hit straight right now. I will go from a big fade to a big pull from hole to hole. The thing that makes it hard for me is that the shaft is very long and it may take some time for me to get used to it. I hit my last driver better...."

"I cant say enough about this club. I am a decent golfer (90's) but the tees have always been my weak point. I previously had a Titleist 983K but would more often use my hybrid from the tees for good distance with accuracy. My 983K lacked in accuracy for me and I had difficulty getting the ball in the air. I picked up the burner for $350 on ebay and it was an immediate fit. The club is long, accurate, and forgiving. I have the 10.5 model and the ball takes off from the head of the club. Now my second shots are significantly closer and my handicap is decreasing with every round. This club is the best money I have ever spent on a club."

"I used an R7 460 for 2 years and the longest I ever hit was 230 yards. I just played 18 holes with my new Burner 09 9.5 Stiff, and it was amazing. I hit an average of 260 yards and a Longest Drive of 300 yards."

"I have to say, I wasn't looking for a new driver but purchased this on a whim. All I can say is "I'm sure glad I did". What more can I ask for. This thing is very straight and long. It looks and sounds good also. Everything you would expect in a new driver. This should stay in my bag for a while because in all honesty I tend to buy more golf equipment than I should. And I have few dozen boxes in the garage to prove it. This driver may not be for everyone but I can say this driver is for me. The one thing I like most about this driver is that when I go real hard at a shot this thing still flies straight."

Tony Barton Said:
"I'm a believer. I put the TM Burner 10.5 stiff, in my bag this week and its lived up to the marquee billing. It does what it says.... straight, long and forgiving. My approach shots have changed from an 8 iron to a wedge! I purposefully tried to hit one off the toe and still 300 yards, 15 yard off center! Wonderful! Santa has made the rounds early... I have to win my money now, before all my buddies tuck one of these little gems in their bags."

"Unbelieveable club.. Straight off the tee, and added at least 50-100 yards to my length. Very forgiving. Changes the whole perspective of the golf game. Now need to upgrade the rest of the clubs!"
