    awesome ideas! really helped me decide what to do! i can also suggest a party where everyone dresses up fo r a different theme. examples: pirate, flamenco dancer, specific movie star, wizard, caveman, etc. just go all out and have a diverse party with people of every genre. hope this helps like you all helped me!

    For older teens, me being a 14 year old. They like things like sleepovers, dnace contest, surprise parties, movies & video games, pool parties with water balloon fights, karoke, & lazer tag, etc. Keep up the great work ! (:

    people love the tradintional truth or dare, but also new games. one really fun game is to make outfits out of tinfoil or newspaper. it is awesome! watch movies and stuff too :)

    I'm turning 14 and for my party I'm planning on have my 3 best friends stay at a hotel with me for a night..(hopefully) maybe 2. There is a movie theatere next to the hotel so we can walk over and see a midnight movie:) and go out to eat!

    I did that for my 14th. It was a lot of fun, but there were a lot of arguments about the curfew, because some girls wanted to go to bed early while some didn't. Just be careful who you invite, and I hope you enjoy it.(:

    I am having an icing creation party where all of my guests get to create a little something out off icing which they can keep as a merobilia.

    I planned a roller skating party for my daughter a couple years ago and I gave the finger flashlights (you mentioned above) as party favors. They were a big hit, especially when the rink turned the lights down to skate. I highly recommend those! Great lens! Thanks for sharing.

    Lots of cool ideas! We had a neighborhood get together in which there were also games. Some adults even participated in eating from bowls on the table while their hands were behind their back. It was pretty fun. Teens would probably enjoy this too.

    Loved the polka dot balloons, one thing I do every year on their birthday I cover the floor in their room with balloons before they wake up and they love it. Now a tradition not really a surprise.

    teenagers now are different than before they are hard to please and giving a birthday party for them is kind a hard this lens gives out different ideas for those who have kids at their teen age....

    This lens is fab. I really struggle for parties for older girls. I find there are loads of great partyn ideas for younger girls. Teens tend to be more fussy.

    OMG i agree, that will be an awesome party! I'm sure your friends will love the party and will talk about it for months. I have a suggestion, ask your parents if they can book a small center to hold your party, gather strobe lights, a disco ball, tasty munchies, fun music, and some glow-in-the-dark paint. set up the lights and paint your shoes, gloves, hats, ect. with the paint, turn the lights down low, and dance the night away! My friend did this about a year ago, and we are still talking about it! hoped i helped :)

    I'm sorry, but i don't completely understand if your name "maddog" is of which gender, so here is some ideas for both. For an eleven-year old party theme, i suggest for a male: what is a video game, book series, event, sports team, ect.(i.e. wizard101, left behind series, LSU/Steelers) you are interested in? I'm not in the rage of a guy's like/dislikes but I do know that my little brothers like that kind of stuff. For a female: what is an activity of your interest?(i.e. spa, movie, celebrity)

    my birthday is in less than two weeks, i put off the idea for a party untill just this weekend when a friend asked if i was going to celebrate. i have struggled to find a theme but think i have finally found one!! im going to have a "crazy neon" party i will ask my friends to dress as crazy as they can and try wearing only neon colors. it is close to halloween and i think everyone will get a kick out of it. agree??

    my birthday is in august but im thinking of making my cake like an ipod all you have to do is make a square for the ipod then licorice and gumdrops for the head phones!!!!!!!!!! all my friends say its a really cool idea for a dance party. oh yeah im turning thirteen so thats really a good idea for teens
