- Good lens. I usually suggest something like the Orion 8 inch Dob to beginners. Really good bang for the buck. Of course they may end up like me, with 4 scopes, 2 binocs, and more eyepieces and other accessories than can be counted (my wife can though).

- Pretty good lens! lots of useful info. I like your resources, though I'd probably add childrens telescope as another. Great info on that place as well.

- Great lens - 5 stars! Loved the recommendations, broken down into where you'll be using your telescope - city, fringe,rural - makes perfect sense that there'd be different requirements, based on your light conditions.
