The 39 Clues: Maze of Bones and More Books
The 39 Clues is a planned 10 part book series each written by various kids authors. The series will follow the exploits of siblings Amy Cahill and Dan Cahill and their worldwide quest to unlock the secret of their family's power.
The first book, 39 Clues: Maze of Bones,written by Rick Riordan, arrived in September 2008 with the remaining books popping up on a quarterly basis.. So, if you are a fan of Percy and the Olympians by Rick Riordan, you may want to pick up the Maze of Bones to begin the 39 Clues mystery series.
Each future book in the 39 Clues Book Series will be released approximately every quarter.
Scholastic Books hopes this series will capture the imagination of children everywhere, and help fill the gap left in the children's book world since the completion of the Harry Potter series of books.
One thing that makes this book series extra special is that Scholastic has also rolled out an online game of The 39 Clues that was launched worldwide at the same time as Maze of Bones on September 9, 2008.
