I have grown so much through using the
Power of Gratitude.
I am grateful I have the opportunity to share this information with you, I hope you find as much pleasure and rewards with Gratitude that I have found. Through Gratitude I have found the ability to be grateful even during uncomfortable times. These times allow me to collect data on what I truly desire.

Gratitude, Appreciation, or Thankfulness
is a positive emotion or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive.
Gratitude and the Law of Attraction work in harmony together. When you are showing appreciation or feeling grateful you are projecting positive vibrations towards something that you enjoy. As we learned in Law of Vibration "like attracts like" leaving the only outcome for us to receive more of that which we feeling grateful towards.

How can we use the"Power of Appreciation" to better our lives and attract more of what we desire? By showing Appreciation we are projecting positive energy to the universe for things we desire. We all have situations in our lives that may be hard to find Appreciation

There are always two sides to a situation. Let's look at an example. On your way to work you get a flat tire. I don't know anyone that enjoys getting a flat tire. You now have a choice in your self talk and response. Do you get out and kick the tire backed by a few nasty words and project your dissatisfaction to the universe? When you finally get to work late you tell the boss and your co-workers several times about the negative experience you had on the way to work. The feeling of fear and frustration kick in now that you are thinking about the money you have to spend on getting a new tire and the money you lost by being late for work. With this attitude and self talk you will attract more negative experiences into your day.

On the other hand you get out of the car and laugh. Think that this situation is funny. Oh well I am going to be late for work today I am sure I'll still be able to get everything done and if not I know my co-workers will assist me. You change the tire and proceed to work. When you get to work you thank the boss for understanding your tardiness and offer to stay after if you and your other co-workers are not able to get everything accomplished. At lunch with your co-workers you continue to laugh about the situation. Making a few jokes. You think about the lost time at work and decide if I need the money I will just use a couple hours out of my Paid Time Off account. The new tire will surely provide me more safety. You think buying a new tire will be supporting the economy. Also, the guy at the local tire shop is putting his daughter through college, and he could use the business.

You have the choice. We can apply this scenario to any situation. We need to search for the good in everything and give thanks.

There is a calmness to a life lived in Thankfulness, a quiet joy

say their initial scientific study indicates that thankfulness plays a significant role in a person's sense of well-being.

It is good to see the science minded folks are finally catching up to us spiritual minded folks. LOL

There are a few things we can do to increase our Power of Appreciation.

1. We can start off by making a list of the things in our lives that we find grateful. Include everything. Depending our your situation you may find it hard come up with things to be grateful for but dig deep and the list will start flowing.

2. Start a mental appreciation list. A good time for this is during meditation. While meditating your brain wave activity is decreased tremendously allowing the affirmation to penetrate deeper into the subconscious mind.

3. Start a nightly ritual of writing down the things you are grateful for today. You will carry these thoughts to sleep with you while your brain is closer to the subconscious state.

There are two levels of Gratitude in our lives.

1. Being thankful for things in our lives.

2. Becoming a Thankful Being. This means that we walk, talk, eat, and sleep Gratitude. Every breath that we take we feel grateful for. It is natural for us to feel grateful for everything in our lives. This will take some effort but this attitude can be developed with practice.

I am grateful that I had the opportunity to share my studies and practices concerning Gratitude.

Gratitude

Having an Attitude of Gratitude comes from being truly grateful for what is in your life. This is a conscious decision intended to realize the blessings in your life with the emotion that is coupled with it. This is real gratitude, a thankfulness that is true, coming from the heart and soul of your very being.

A person who is not grateful may find themselves uttering "Thank you" a few times a day, but never means it because this is as empty as the heart from which it came. The words "Thank you" hold little power to engage the Law of Gratitude if there is no real gratefulness behind the words. It is as if some people forgot what being thankful really feels like.

Grateful individuals take great joy in their blessings, realizing the source from where their happiness dwells. They influence others with their words because of the light that shines from them. They realize that giving and receiving are the same and gladly give their pleasure to those who should receive it.

The Law of Gratitude is available for everyone. There are ways to cultivate this grateful attitude. All that is required of you is a willingness to change your perception and begin seeing more light from the end of the tunnel. Soon, there will be no tunnel of darkness left for you dwell in.

When you seek to become more spiritually aware, empowering, supportive, energetic and positive, seek out those traits in others to be with. Finding like-minded people that live positive lives will lift you up higher. In turn, you will lift these people and others around you higher. This is a part of the Law of Attraction at work.

Helping those around you become grateful is not to find fault and criticize them for their shortcomings. This is to judge something you do not fully understand. You cannot walk in anyone's shoes any more than someone can walk in yours. Instead, live by example without placing fault on others.
Make a conscious effort to stop complaining about your life, it goes nowhere and is wasted energy spent. The more you complain, the more you will feel your life is something that should be complained about. Like attracts like.

If it appears, at times, that life handed you a bowl full of rotten cherries, then throw away the cherries and be grateful for the nice bowl life handed you. Now you can fill up the bowl with something better.

Whenever you say "Thank you", pay attention to what it is you are being thankful for. Most of the time, it's the small things that matter to be appreciative of. Take the time to let others you love know how much you are grateful for having them in your life. It matters to them and will help them remember just how much you mean to them also.

Thankfulness and the Law of Gratitude are one and the same. When you are thankful and grateful from your soul, this goes out and brings to you more of the same. It can make your life a true heaven on earth. Taking the time to focus on what you have instead of what you don't have will eventually bring to you a sense of peace and understanding that becomes you. In this way, you will teach others what the Attitude of Gratitude is truly about.

Realize the Power of Gratitude is very tied to the power of intention in that both of these actions help to activate the Law of Attraction and energize your thoughts to stay grounded in the positive light. This The Power of Gratitude as but one important aspect of creating the happiness and abundance you deserve.

Through Quantum Physics we now know that everything there is, is vibrational matter. All matter is energy made up of sub-atomic particles and atoms. Through this unified energy field, our thoughts resonate and project. Based on our feelings, emotions and thoughts, this determines our vibration frequency that is broadcast from us out into the universe. This is our own unique, vibrational signal. It is the personal signature that we resonate that is answered and returned to us. This is how the Law of Attraction works, plain and simple.

Imagine we are magnets that are attracting to us gratitude, sadness, happiness, grief, confusion, clarity, wealth and scarcity. We attract to us what we feel, think about, dwell upon, focus on and get emotional about. When we are not centered, we are scattered. When we are scattered, we send out a lot of mixed signals that become confused. If your life right now is confusing, look to see if you are centered in positive thought and actions.

What we send out, broadcast, is a frequency pattern that is matched, then returned to us by this Law that we all have. This is why it is so important for us to raise our vibrational frequencies and stay there, to bring more happiness, wealth and prosperity into our lives.

When we are using the The Power of Gratitude, we are engaging the Universal Laws to work more for our well being. By becoming truly grateful, we begin to uplift our energy so it will resonate higher into a level of true peace and happiness; so then, this is what we begin attracting to us.

When you are expressing gratitude, you are reinforcing the higher frequencies and keeping them up there. When you are not expressing, you are resisting. By not being grateful, you are creating resistance. Resistance will lower your vibrational frequency. Then you are experiencing life in disharmony again. Resistance places the focus on what you do not wish to experience rather than letting things go.

Real gratitude is based on accepting the way things are then moving on. Grief is a real thing, yet when we do not begin excepting the way things are, we can't move on passed this until we except this loss in our lives, then we are able to move on. Moving past the resistance is to begin being grateful for what you have.

The Power of Gratitude is a blessing for us. It can be cultivated and nurtured until it becomes who we are. Gratefulness is more than just a state of mind, it is a state of being we are all capable of reaching and becoming.

The state of resistance has us living in the past and afraid of the future. The power of gratitude allows us to live in the now, the present. This is a state of grace. The past is gone and the future, some of us live in fear from has not arrived. Isn't life a lot easier, realizing that right now you can be grateful about letting go if this resistance you created and being at peace right now?

It is our perceptions that can either make, or break our life. Would you rather experience heaven, or hell? This should not be a choice, yet it is one that many people make every moment of the day.
Realize that you are the author of your life and you create you very own reality. Everything unfolds around you, the way you perceive it to be. If you are living in darkness, fear and scarcity; then you are dragging the past into this moment with you.
Develop gratitude by practicing it. Letting go of behavior patterns and ways you respond to life can seem like an insurmountable obstacle to do, but it isn't. When you begin to fall into old resistant patterns, it helps to stop yourself and begin thinking of anything you are truly grateful for, then giving thanks to that. Think of something else to be grateful for and give thanks to that. Make a list of things you are grateful for and keep it with you to pull out when resistant seems to pull you down.

Developing a The Power of Gratitude within you will allow you to maintain a higher vibrational frequency and attract a well meaning life. It is not enough to want this; you have to make it happen. This is the only way to use the Law of Attraction with intent as a regular part of your life to expand it.

    I've been reading your posts for sometime now, and your outlook on gratitude and how important it is has been a blessing to me in reshaping and altering my outlook on my current condition in life... Nothing has been able to rise higher beyond any negative in my life more than gratitude and thankfullness.. All the little things begin add up in mole hills, adventually into hills and mountains..making it possible to see beyond a condition, making it possible to leap over, take another course, and in some cases the negative wasen't really negative at all.

    Today I am Grateful for all the friends that I have meet and the time we spend together brings me joy. I am looking forward to a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner with my family and friends;)
