    i played football at Tohatchi High School in new mexico with Larson. i remember when he won those races. my brother in law's sister dated Larson in high school. he was a cool guy.

    That is an awesome story. I wish I could have seen it. There must be pictures somewhere. Someone had to have had a camera there.

    The Drive In BMX race track in ABQ was awesome and was only around for a very short time. It was right off Coors blvd. and Central Ave. It was constructed for the nationals only and then closed shortly thereafter. I don't know if this story about a one wheel victory is true...but I know there was a track and it was great!
