Microsoft Outlook Virtual Training with Laura Stack
Online training - when it is convenient for YOU! Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007
After announcing our "live" Microsoft Outlook training in Denver, we received many pleas from people who DON'T live in Colorado, requesting that that we create a virtual training option that you could attend from your location. WE HEARD YOU! Announcing The Productivity Pro® Microsoft Outlook virtual training series! Attend "live" training with Laura Stack, a Microsoft Certified Specialist in Outlook, from the privacy of your home or office.
I'm going to present ten modules covering various aspects of Outlook step-by-step. This isn't just computer training. It's real-world, reality-based workflow processing that helps you actually be MORE productive with Outlook, instead of wasting hours every day playing with it. I estimate most people know 10-20% of the capacities of Outlook. Even if you think you're an "expert," you'll be shocked by what you don't know you don't know.
I'm making each one-hour webinar very affordable at $39 per person. If you order all ten, the price is discounted to $349 per person. Each person will receive a detailed PDF workbook to accompany each webinar, with detailed screen shots, so you can duplicate what I do in the seminar.

Engaged Employees Are More Productive
Hopefully by now we all get it: this economy is challenging, things are changing, and everyone is looking for ways to do more with less. Unfortunately, as many companies struggle to adjust to this new reality, opportunities are being missed. Often we are so focused on stretching an organization's financial and other resources that we become less effective in managing our human resources. Why do you think that is? A lot of the time, it's just a matter of focusing on the tangible rather than the intangible. If you can improve a machine's output by 10 percent, that's obviously a good thing. But improving an employee's productivity%u2026that's much more difficult to turn into a percentage (or a dollar figure).
Regardless, it is the manager's job to get the most out of his or her employees. And that goes far beyond counting hours or studying performance evaluations. How do you get them to want to do more with less, work harder, and actually care? You engage them in the process.
Engaged employees are invested in what they do and are committed to their own success and to the success of the company. A disengaged employee will do what is necessary to keep receiving a paycheck. An engaged employee will go the extra mile. And the gap between the two can be the difference between the success and failure of an organization.
Read on for five ways to build a more engaged - and thus more productive - organization:

If you want to be productive but are just too tired all the time, you need to read this book! Laura Stack combines invaluable insights and practical advice in this guide to becoming more energetic and more productive in every area of life. Focusing on simple changes that make a huge difference, The Exhaustion Cure presents fresh, manageable ways to:
* Stop relying on caffeine, cigarettes, alcohol, and other substances to keep you going.
* Manage your workload and concentrate at work.
* Avoid letting negative situations or people control your thoughts and actions.
* Organize your efforts and productivity around deeply held values and goals.
Twenty-eight percent of Americans miss work every year because they are too exhausted to go. The Exhaustion Cure offers everyone from overtired parents to listless retirees sure-fire, easy-to-implement solutions.
