My Review of The Secret
The Secret is a book that has become a bestselling phenomenon that really can change your life, but only if you are willing to make the change. What the Secret really is is the law of attraction.
This secret has been passed down through the ages and is understood by many of the most successful and people who live in great abundance for thousands of years.
The Secret had began as a DVD, the author, Rhonda Byrne had faced one of the most difficult times of her life and came out of it only after learning The Secret. Out of gratitude, she created the DVD to share this knowledge with the world.
Byrne claims that the law of attraction is the most powerful law in the universe. It can give you control over your life. Because The Secret is an absolute law, the law of attraction will always respond to your thoughts no matter if they are positive or negative thoughts.
The law of attraction even dates back to the Bible. In Matthew 21:22, it states "Whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." The law of attraction asks for the following:
Know what you want and ask the universe for it.
Feel and behave as if the object of your desire is on its way.
Be open to receiving it.
In all truth, there is nothing new in The Secret. But what it does do, is present the law of attraction in a fun, easy to read, and entertaining way. It is absolutely worth the read and is a book that I believe everyone can benefit from in one way or another.
