The Woolston Hotel

Bradford city is undergoing urban regeneration and is now emerging as a successful destination for enterprise and business and well as leisure. A good number of businesses already entered the area before the regeneration even began.

Bradford benefits from being ideally located in the centre of England and has superb infrastructure and communications links to the rest of the country linking north, east, south and west. At the moment the city has a low supply of hotels and especially high quality luxury accommodation of which The Woolston Hotel will provide.

"The English Tourism website lists only 12 hotels within 3 miles of Bradford. The same search in Leeds brings up 37 hotels, while Manchester offers 63 and York over 100."

The Woolston Hotel will provide the height of luxury city centre accommodation.

The Woolston Hotel is being developed alongside the stylish warehouse mill conversion, Woolston Warehouses and will be arranged over 6 floors.

The Woolston Hotel Accommodation

The hotel will consist of 145 rooms in total,

130 of the rooms will be luxury double rooms with wet bar, state of the art multi-media, work station and luxurious bathroom suites.

The other 15 rooms will be penthouses which will be interior designed in the art-deco style and feel provided by the Cognac bar, these executive rooms will also have terracing and balconies with views of the city.

The hotel will also have 3 high spec multi-media meeting rooms two of which will host 8 delegates and 16 in the larger.

The Cognac Bar
This will situated on the top floor, penthouse level and will be stylishly designed in an art deco interior with luxury and top-end brands, the bar will provide superb views over Bradford city.

The Hotel Bar
An elegant bar and bistro will be situated on the ground floor for guests to enjoy.

The Woolston GYM
Located under the stunning Woolston Warehouse the gym will be set out over two floors and will offer state of the art fitness facilities to The Woolston Guests, Woolston Warehouse residents and a select membership.

The Woolston's Unique Spa Leisure Pool
The leisure Spa pool complex will feature a stylish swimming pool with Jacuzzi and Sauna facilities, making The Woolston the only hotel in Bradford to offer these amenities.

The Shearlings Restaurant
This top quality restaurant will be situated on the ground floor and will provide top quality cuisine as well as the essential foods guest will require including the best in English breakfast options. Additional keeping with the building tradition and heritage the restaurant will offer a specialist lamb menu which will use local produce and offer seasonal recipes such as braised lamb shank, Moussaka and the traditional roast rack of lamb. The Shearling Restaurant will provide an excellent facility for the hotel but will all become a dining venue in its own right.
