An Inspirational Story of Ingenuity and Incredible Determination - A Must Read!!

Living in a land of abundance and excess I was humbled by this story of creativity and ingenuity - William Kamkwamba truly created something out of almost nothing.

Amid poverty, famine and through the incredible educational obstacles this fourteen-year-old was determined to make a difference. He succeeded not only in his own life but that of his family and community.

Out of discarded motor parts, an old bicycle wheel, and some PVC pipe he built a windmill that powered not only lights, water pumps, etc. but this miracle powered his dreams.

This is a story of how one person truly can make a difference in the world.
