Water: The Foundation!
The body consists of 60 to 80% of water depending on your weight & height. This means that your body needs hydration consistently throughout the day to perform it's duties with efficiency. Without the hydration of water our bodies will start to decay faster & bring on more problems. Not getting enough water can lead to dehydration, which can cause muscle weakness and cramping, a lack of coordination, and an increased risk of heat exhaustion, heat stroke & numerous disorders. In fact, water is so important that a person couldn't last more than five days without it. You often hear that you need to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day. Now if your overweight drinking 8-ounces of water to the ratio of 60 to 80% body weight, that would be a drop in the bucket, right?. So what should you do? Get Hydrated with water & electrolytes!!!!!!
This is were it get's interesting........
Our problem with water has started with drinks that have been introduced into our society to dehydrate us, which have created an overweight problem. I have found that introducing water into an overweight subject has brought rapid weight loss on. Now this happens with proper diet in place with the right consumption of water through out the day. When these studies are done they take an average healthy individual & determine the outcome of body weight to ounces of water ratio. So a man or woman weighing 128 pounds would drink 8-ounces of water a day. What if it's a 320 pound bodybuilder what then? Should he drink 8-ounces of water a day? That would be extremely foolish on the bodybuilders part! You would drink 160-ounces of water if you weighed 320 pounds regardless of muscle vs. fat. A 175 pound person would drink 87.5-ounces of water a day. This would be broken up throughout the day 6 times, which would equal 14.6 ounces per serving for a 175 pound individual. Hydration would be complete.
You see what happens when water is taken lightly, it can cause huge problems & for starters. It's the foundation of our Health which helps with our weight loss or muscle growth. Any diet or program that does not start with water should be thrown out immediately!!!!!!! This is not a joke this is an epidemic across the globe. That is why you start with a foundation & work yourself up to an ultimate goal. Living Healthier
