Optimum Anabolics Overview

What Optimum Anabolics is all about

If you are looking for a program that is going to challenge you and that is fun and innovative then you should try Optimum Anabolics. Jeff Anderson, author of Optimum Anabolics, is a former Physical Training specialist in the United State Military. He really knows his stuff and is a perfectionist when it comes to research and implementing what he finds into new and exciting workout programs. I think that Optimum Anabolics is a masterpiece and really covers every aspect of what a great workout should cover.

What I like about Optimum Anabolics

Why you should buy this program.

This program is great for many different reasons. On reason it is so great is that it speedy. If you prepare for you workouts with the Optimum Anabolics workout guides there is no reason that you should be in the gym more than 45 minutes. To many muscle building programs force you to be in the gym an hour to 2 hours slaving away machine after machine, weight after weight. With Optimum Anabolics you get in and out really quickly.

Optimum Anabolics also introduces two cutting edge training methods, hyper adaptive cycling and protein depravation cycles.

Hyper adaptive cycling is a method of consistently changing your workout out in a specific way to always be rapidly building muscle. Optimum Anabolics does this in such a way so that it is impossible for a individual to plateau.

Protein depravation cycles are another very controversial training method that is encompassed in Optimum Anabolics. A protein depravation cycle is one week during the Optimum Anabolics program where your protein intake is drastically reduced. What this causes your body to do is compensate for this lack of protein with an increase in testosterone. This incredible hormone is the holy grail of all hormones for guys. It helps us build muscle and puts the lead in our pencils. During this phase you will experience the anabolic effect of your increases testosterone levels and really see massive muscle growth.

What I do not like.

Things to be mindful of before you purchase this program.

To be completely honest it is really hard for me to find anything wrong with this program. When I did this program I gain roughly 26-30 pounds of muscle in 4 months. The only thing is it is not easy when it gets to week 4 or so. The reason is the protein depravation cycles. You have to be discipline to see the results that I saw on this program. Honestly there are days when you just want a fat double bacon cheeseburger or a nice steak and you can't because you have to keep your protein levels low.

Conclusion

If you are looking for a great workout program that will give you great gains and challenge you, then Optimum Anabolics is your program. If you have issues staying true to a diet or dealing with intense workouts then this is not your program. I would not say that this program is Advanced, but I would say that you need to have some workout experience before you start, because it is a real butt kicker during certain weeks. Like I said before I gained roughly 26-30 pounds in 4 months with this program. It was great to come back to college and have all the ladies asking how the heck I got so big.
