We have two Pomegranate trees, and also take Pom-X liquid and capsules for the anti-oxidants. They're great in salads too.

I had one of my college students write a term paper on Pomegranates this semester. Might want to include some of the anti-oxidant properties, which is what is making it so popular to eat. :)
