A. Focus on the food.

B. Focus on the energy consumption.

Join a gym. Signup for that aerobics class that your friend recommended. Form a jogging group. In extreme cases, enroll for army style training.

We start enthusiastically but the effort required for all this is killing. Getting up early in the morning, going to the gym after a long working day or working out at home when you want to watch that nice movie %u2026 all this dies its natural death after few attempts.

A. Take it to a gas station and try a high octane fuel or some fuel additive.
B. Try to drive it longer and faster.
C. Take it to a garage and have the motor checked. (Or check it yourself)
Most people would choose "C" ... the most obvious choice.
If its so easy with the car, why don't we do it with our own body. Everything that we do for weight loss or fat loss, completely neglects the body. We focus either on food or working out. The problem is with the motor, not with fuel or the miles you drive. If you motor is good, the car will give you great mileage with normal fuel. Do you see the point?
