The Sony Psp (Playstation Portable) Hand Held Game and Media Console Review

The Sony Psp (Playstation Portable)

The Sony PSP (Playstation Portable) is making big news this year, with sales of the hand held video game console and media center outperforming even the expectations of Sony who have raised the sales target of the PSP from 10 million units to 13 million.

The PSP not only offers hand held video games in stunning detail, it also boasts wireless internet,
digital video and music playback, photo storage and great connectivity options. Weighing in at a fraction more than a half pound the PSP is a hard hitting contestant on the portable console market this year.

The PlayStation Portable measures only 6.7" x 2.9" and easily handles both games and digital media with a graphic LCD display (16:9 wide screen aspect ratio) that produces sensational results. The small system also produces high fidelity stereo audio for games, movies and music playback. The UMD (Universal Media Disk) feature holds roughly 1.8 GB

Many more games are in production to be released in the near future, movie releases available on UMD (Universal Media Disk) can be played via the PSP as well.

One can download MP3, MP4, WAV or ATRAC3Plus, audio and image files to the PSP with the Memory Stick Duo and enjoy further content via UMD video content. The PSP internet browser will allow the user to surf the web when in internet accessible locations.

Online gaming is possible on the PSP either up to 50 feet away, from home or a T-Mobile hotspot!

Where can you find the best deal on this value packed hand held console? Right here of course!
