Straight Talk on Secret Societies and the Brotherhood of Light

There is a common link and bond of all secret societies. The reason for their secrecy was naturally the Inquisition and the Dark Ages. These times were not open for people to express their curiosity and thirst for knowledge. They had to remain secret. They were "actors" in the shadows but they could not remain inactive and silent in the face of evil.

The Essenes were around long before the birth of Jesus and remained long after his death. They changed and eventually the organization morphed into Knights Templar, and after that they became the Meistersingers and then the Night Riders in France and Italy.

The Freemasons in Egypt that Count Cagliostro was the head of were open for men, women and children; but this caused difficulty in the organization and the other Masonic sects moved to eliminate the women and children.

Freemasonry became popular and active in Europe before the French Revolution. This was the first time the secret teachings of the Brotherhood were brought out into the open.

Going back to the Nights Templar, they were originally two men and a white horse. They were so poor that they had to share the one horse. They began patrolling the routes the pilgrims used and were robbed regularity by the Arabs. Later the Templar order became popular and wealthy.

The legendary troubadours are still in existence but they lost their popularity. They are of a same cloth of the original Meistersingers and they sing about beauty and love, seeking an elusive woman, who is in actuality the Mother of the World.

All these secret societies were at one time or another part of the great White Brotherhood.

The ancient Druids had the knowledge of all the mysteries and they were originated from the Island of Samothrace in Greece. This place still exists today and it is the part of the White Brotherhood. The first seven astronauts were 33-degree Freemasons. Masonry was and still is the part of the Brotherhood, yet most of the contemporary Masons have no idea of this. It was the part of the Knights Templar that begun originally in Egypt but later migrated to Scotland as part of the Scottish Rite of the Masons.

The performing arts and the theatre were always the tools of the Brotherhood. From the early Greek theatre to the Asvaghosha arts and beauty were to lift men's consciousness.
