Circulation Qigong Gives You Health Benefits!

Circulation Qigong exercises will stimulate the major organ meridians and acupuncture points in your body and also increase your Qi energy flow. It is not required that you know where all of these points are, as you will stimulate all of them in this exercise. Before we start, let's take a few minutes to review how your body functions, so that you can better understand the life-long benefits that you will gain from consistent, focused practice of Circulation Qigong.In your body you have two major circulatory systems. The first and the most obvious is the blood circulatory system. The blood circulatory system is composed of the heart, arteries, veins and capillaries. The arteries carry freshly oxygenated blood from the left ventricle of the heart to all of your organs, muscles, brain, and tissues. The veins carry depleted blood back to the right atrium and ventricle of the heart, and back to the lungs to be replenished with oxygen. Connecting the arteries and veins are the smallest blood vessels, the capillaries. Capillaries are so small that you have about 25,000 miles of them within your body; that is more than enough to circle the Earth!
The second, less obvious circulatory system is the lymphatic system. Your lymphatic system protects the body from being infected by cancer cells, fungi, viruses and bacteria. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system is not a closed system and has no central pump (like your heart functions in your blood circulatory system). Hence, lymph fluid moves slowly and under low pressure.
Although these two systems are designed differently, they are connected and related to each other. Lymph fluid originates as blood plasma; and blood plasma is the liquid component of blood. As lymph fluid is transported in your body it eventually enters into the blood circulatory system at the subclavian veins located near your collarbone area.
Here are the some of the specific benefits you will gain from continued practice of Circulation Qigong exercises:
1) You will directly stimulate the organ meridians and also strengthen your blood circulation and lymphatic system,
2) When you improve the function of these systems; the health and wellbeing of all your internal organs, your immune system, and your brain function will be improved,
3) You will also detoxify your tissues,
4) And, as Qi energy flows and expands throughout your major vessels, channels and meridians and you bring more life giving oxygen into your body, you will be revitalized and energized and on your way to better health and fitness.
