What can one say when in sales that hasn't already been said over and over again: buy from me I am the best? Even though it is true :) there is so much more that I offer - I pride myself on my strong ethics and character and I am not in the real estate business to log how many homes sold in one given week or month but really to make a difference in the lives of those I work with. I truly love working with first time buyers - that sense of accomplishment when they buy their first home is priceless - and I got to help! What an awesome feeling it is! Being in what is being touted by the media as a volitile market, is a great time to sit down and share what I know with buyers and sellers - most of the media hyperbole is NOT about our community - which has had very little in the way of price decreases and foreclosures and I think it is due to many things but the main being our strong sense of community - our schools are top-rated - our highways are clean, our neighborhoods are safe - and we love this! We are near the beaches, near to the LA nightlife and shopping and as such a lot of people want to be here and will pay top dollar to live here! So, with that in mind, my job is to guide you to make the best financial decision possible. I have lived here for more than 20 years now and have always been involved in some capacity or other, in real estate. I am raising my family here and cannot see living anywhere else! I went to college while living here, got married here and only plan to leave when I retire in Italy - but that is many, many years away!
