There are 7 main characters: Sue, Sid, Tobey, Nana Wu, Mr. Wu, Barney Wu and Kong Li.

Sue - an orphan, extremely skilled Kung Fu black belt and sister of Sid. Her master skills are a key ingredient in beating Kong Li, but she can't do it alone.

Sid - an orphan, musician, Sue's brother, and always cool under fire. He's skilled in Kung Fu but not as well as Sue. He has a razor-sharp wit and would sometimes just like to be a normal kid. But he knows he's an essential part of the team.

Tobey - an orphan with a huge sense of humor, a big appetite and a big heart (even though he has a dark past from foster homes). He loves the super hero thing and his unpredictable nature makes him a tough opponent for Kong Li and a great member to round out the team.

Nana (Mei Wa) Wu - the guardian of the magic cookbook and protector of the Chinatown force-field. She's training Sid, Tobey and Sue to take over for her now that she's getting older. Mess with her and you'll find you're not dealing with a sweet old lady. She's great at Kung Fu and at magic. Whenever an antidote is needed for one of the scattered recipes, Nana is there to help.

Kong Li - the evil villain. He vowed as a Kung Fu apprentice to possess the magic cookbook and use its power against Chinatown. He plans to break through the force-field to unleash evil upon the whole world. He will stop at nothing to complete his terrible quest.

Mr. Calvin Wu - owner of Wu's Garden restaurant, Nana's son and Barney's father. He's a really big guy with a boastful attitude, but his heart is as soft as his huge belly. He lets Sue, Sid and Tobey have it when they're slacking off at work, but he's not unfair. He's always cooking up money-making schemes along with some rather exotic Chinese food.

Barney Wu - wants to be a professional wrestler but is stuck in the family business. With his hands in a sink of dirty dishes and his head in the clouds, he doesn't notice Sue, Sid and Tobey are Chinatown's new protectors. He's the brunt of Sid and Tobey's jokes, and Sue has a major crush on him.

Tobey uses one of Nana's magic fortune cookies to keep Sue from being able to speak.

2. Two Heads Aren't Always Better Than One original release May 2, 2008

Sid uses a fortune cookie to make a copy of himself to clean Wu's Garden's kitchen so he can go to the movies with Sue and Tobey.

3. Out of Site? You're Out of Your Mind! original release May 2, 2008

An invisible man harasses Sue and Tobey while they are trying to eat. It turns out to be Sid.

4. There is Nothing to make the Spirit Soar like the Passing of the Wind original release May 9, 2008

Tobey uses one of Nana's cookies to fly in the wind, but it turns out he flies by breaking wind. A real fart fest of a short!

5. Foolishness is the same forward as backward

Sid uses a fortune cookie to get a customer's order to him on time.

6. To know me, walk a mile in my shoes. But keep your hands out of my soup.

Barney makes hot & sour soup, and Tobey gets a taste of his own medicine for messing with the recipe.

Sid unknowingly drinks a smoothie from one of the magic recipes and his and the wishes of Chris, the smoothie store owner, come true. Chinatown is transported to an alternate universe until the spell is broken.

6. Shape Shifter (aired August 8, 2008)
The estate auction of Mr. San, an old friend of Nana's, brings Kong Li out of hiding. He creates a shape shifter from the lignen clay recipe. The shape shifter's task is to get the dangerous Mo Kung Pao recipe hidden among the auction items. He impersonates Sue, Tobey, Nana, Sid, and others before getting the item in question. But does he get the recipe? Watch and find out.

Kong Li tricks Sue into helping him get ingredients for a magic recipe, but Sue has a trick of her own.

Kong Li brings an exhibit of terracotta warriors at the museum to life with a magic recipe to scour Chinatown for all old books. His mission, to get the magic cookbook and all the old books in which scattered recipes could be hidden.

10. The Jiangshi (aired October 31,2009)
Sid, Sue and Tobey each try to avoid delivering to the creepy house of Mr. Drumm. Sue spots a child in the window, which they discover to be the soul of Drumm's dead twin brother. Sid bumps into zombie-like monsters called the Jiangshi.

11. Cocoon (Aired November 7,2008)
A recipe turns the moths of Chinatown into giant monsters that Sue, Toby, and Sid must battle and bring back down to size.

A recipe is used by a pet store owner to make organic dog food and turns all of Chinatown's dogs into huge, hungry wolves that may start to eat people when all the food runs out.

Sue gets stuck inside a house while trying to investigate the source of purple paint on it, and both magically disappear. Meanwhile, Mr. Wu is going on a date, but he messes it up.

Visual and audio art go hand in hand with Brooklyn's Ten Minute Turns. Songwriting principals Alan Foreman and Roger Mason met while at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) "where there were no other musicians," according to Mason. They made music together at house parties and eventually made their way to New York. Foreman started work at a cartoon company while Mason became roomates with multi-instrumentalist Jacquee Novak, who later became his girlfriend and joined the band. ("Though we can't remember in what order that all happened," she says with a laugh).

Mason's boss at Animation Collective caught on to the group's buoyant music-which blends Foreman and Mason's dueling lead vocals, guitars and quirky noise samples-and matched them with a new project, the kung fu Nickelodeon cartoon "Three Delivery." Ten Minute Turns is now charged to compose the show's score and wrote the theme song. The show has been picked up for syndication in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Canada and beyond.

In another visual endeavor, the band (which also includes drummer Jason Schultheis and guitarist Peter Forcucci) can be seen in naked-seeming suits in the dazzling music video for it's song "Long Night Drone." Directed by RISD cohort Neil Forman, the video was recently accepted into the Los Angeles and New York International Independent Film & Video festivals.
