Let me take a moment to give you a bit of glimpse at who I am and what I do.

I'm a 37 year old social media networking professional living in Seattle. I am married to an amazing woman who is a talented multi-medium artist. I am a full time social media networking professional making a living through social media since 2007.

I started utilizing "social networking" when there wasn't a name for what I did in 1997 on AOL (America Online) to build relationships & find people interested in starting a home business. For five years I worked at home full time by networking with people on AOL via email & Instant Messenger which grew to thousands of people in over a dozen countries. Then the network marketing company I was with got themselves in trouble with the FDA & FTC for their marketing claims & ultimately got themselves shut down because of it. That cost me my financial freedom and plunged me back into the work force in sales & property management until 2008 when a car accident nearly took my life.

So I had to relearn a way to make a living. Social media was the channel that would give me the opportunity to work from home again as I continue to recover.

My Blogs

I've been blogging since October 2007 on a couple of sites. I started out with just one on MySpace and by December, I had started the TheResidualIncomeLifestyle -(now defunct) a site about building a residual income online through network marketing & social networking. That site spawned a nomination on Immediate Influence and ranked as one of the top 50 Most Powerful & Influential Men in Social Media.

* and one being worked on..it's super secret...so I can't say anything yet!

SocialNetworkingLifestyle.com is a blog about creating a living and living a lifestyle with social media networking. Millions of people around the world have started Twitter accounts, Facebook pages, blogs, Tumblr accounts over the last few years. Many of them are personal & private to family and friends, but an increasing number of people are looking to use social media networking to make an income from home due to these economic times.

Unfortunately many people don't earn enough to buy themselves a single cup of coffee every month because they don't know how to EFFECTIVELY utilize the social media tools and networking methods to establish connections and relationships with people.

Social Networking Lifestyle is a blog that aims to share with you the tools & resource entrepreneurs need to make their social media networking better and in doing so, increase their potential earnings from home.

The blog will be covering everything from:

* to finding people in your niche
* to social media articles that inform
* to writing great content for micro logging & blogs
* to using social media to grow your blog & influence
* to make connections with people and build relationships

Reading my blog doesn't guarantee you'll make a full time living from your social networking endeavors but it will hopefully help you to see the power & potential of social media, explore the world of social networking, and ultimately pursue the goal of living a passion driven life by building a business around your passions while improve social media networking skills as well as develop personal brand and influence.
