Why Is My Tinnitus Getting Worse?
I noticed my tinnitus getting worse and was concerned.
My tinnitus, or commonly referred to as a ringing or buzzing sound in the ear, I found was a symptom that could be related to almost every known hearing problem.
Tinnitus is a condition and not a disease, and is a result of exposure to loud sounds, middle or ear infections, tumors on the hearing nerve, and even wax on the eardrum.
Getting rid of tinnitus can be difficult if you don't identify the root cause. My tinnitus is gone now because I used TerminateTinnitus.com to identify mine, and followed the 3 step system to stop it.
Cause Of My Tinnitus Getting Worse
Tinnitus is frustrating because it is a persistent sound heard in one or both of the ears when there is no environmental noise or external stimulus. This means even though there are no outside noises, a constant ringing can be heard.
This condition is extremely common and most often distressing to the person.
Researchers believe tinnitus is a result of the nerve of hearing sending false impulses that have not originated from external sound waves.
TerminateTinnitus.com can stop the false impulses so it's possible to sleep at night and live a normal life
Hearing Loss And My Tinnitus Getting Worse
With hearing loss, tinnitus can get worse. The tinnitus can stand out more since with hearing loss, other sounds won't be heard making the ringing sound more pronounced. In other words, the ringing will seem worse with increasing hearing loss because outside sounds will no longer cover up the tinnitus.
90% of severe tinnitus patients also experience some hearing loss, most often in the high frequencies.
Therefore, tinnitus does not affect your actual hearing, even though it may affect your attention span.
More interesting facts about tinnitus and a way to stop it can be found at TerminateTinnitus.com.
How Do I Deal With My Tinnitus Getting Worse?
Since external or environmental noises that the ear hears helps to cover up some of the tinnitus a person hears during the day, the ringing almost always seems worse at night when it is quiet and you're trying to sleep. In order to make it easier to deal with your tinnitus during the quiet time, it's been found that sound machines can be quite helpful.
These machines provide a constant broadband, non-threatening sound to help drown out the constant ringing and enjoy a night's sleep.
Sound machines helped me cope with my tinnitus, but I stopped using mine once I got rid of my tinnitus at TerminateTinnitus.com.
Tinnitus Getting Worse With Aspirin
Small amounts of aspirin taken daily can be good for your heart, but you have to be careful because if taken in large enough quantities over a period of time, can cause ringing in the ears and some high frequency hearing loss.If you experience ringing in your ears getting worse and episodes of dizziness, seek medical attention.
Aspirin is not the only medication that can trigger or increase your tinnitus, others can also, so pay attention to what you take and how it affects your tinnitus.
And be sure to remind your doctor about your tinnitus condition when medication is prescribed.
A safe, natural way to stop tinnitus can be found at TerminateTinnitus.com.

- My tinnitus, which has plagued me 24/7 for 10 yrs. now is becoming intolerable. As I sit here typing this, the whistling tea kettles are blaring away making me want to hurt myself. I try and "accept" that this is just the sound of my world. Hereditary hearing loss accompanied by this horrendous sound ALL THE TIME is driving me....CRAZY!!!!

- In the past two days, I have noticed my tinnitus getting MUCH worse in my right ear. I normally (ha) have constant screaming/squealing in both ears, but it's never been this different from one to the other and it's never really affected my hearing the way it is now.
I'm unsure of whether to contact my GP about this or not. It's not hurting, but I have had one episode of having an earache diagnosed when I didn't have any pain, so I'm stumped as to what to do.
The right ear is unbelievably loud & I feel a little dizzy or unbalanced when walking so I am really concerned.
Any help to be had out there? I'd appreciate any advice.
Thanks & God bless!

- Great lens and I will forward it to a friend suffering from tinnitus. Just wanted to say that aspirin doesn't help with the heart either. If you examine the studies you will see that it was a very slim group of people who had positive results from taking an aspirin a day, with over 94% NOT having results but rather some negative side effects from too much aspirin!
