- It's hard to grow taller naturally after puberty. The best bet is to use shoe lifts. I'm 24 and only 167cm, with shoe lifts I'm 174cm and look fine standing with other men.

- That's very good idea to increase height. I notice the trend that Asian are getting taller while the American are getting shorter. This might be due to the diet that has a long term effect. Anyway I have a cousin who used to be very short and small in size. He bought a pair of shoe lifts and since then he live a more confident and better life. That's something like this> height insoles.
