Post-Pregnancy Diet - Top 5 tips!
Tip number 1!
Here we go, the first tip.DON'T go on FAD diets. FAD diets in the long run are very bad for you and are usually speed methods that put your body at risk! You wouldn't want that, especially with a new baby to feed! So that's tip number 1, keep away from celebrity diets and the like.
Tip number 2!
Safety, I cannot stress this word enough. Make sure you are always safe during the first 6weeks-3 months of the pregnancy, and of course after. Don't do ANY heavy exercises during the first 6 week period. At the 6 week mark you should go for a check up at the doctors and they will usually give you the green light to do exercise. Tip number 3!
When the time is right it's always good to do regular exercise! You can either do your own exercise plan, or you can use a diet and exercise program that you can buy from online. Either way exercise is great for you once you've been given the green light to. Tip number 4!
Eating healthy is an obvious tip but not many do it. Stay away from those ultra fatty foods (although some are actually good for you) and eat your vegetables! If you are breastfeeding this will also increase your baby's health over time as this has been proven in a study. Also try to eat only when you are hungry! The mind often tells you to eat when your body isn't actually hungry. There are diet plans out there that can actually make you trick your body into being full so you won't eat when you don't need to! Tip number 5 - Strip That Fat!
Invest in a good online diet! Like I said in tip number 1, don't invest in rubbish fad diets. I was actually reading the paper and it had an interview with a famous GMTV presenter who also agrees with me about crappy fad diets. She was talking about all these fitness DVDS and the stars end up back in the shape previous to the DVD a week or so after. It's stupid. I actually do recommend a product though. It's called Strip That Fat . I like it because it's true and does not try to lie to you. It also includes great software that actually allows you chose from a database of healthy meals! The reason why this product is true and good is because it does not rush you into losing weight. It takes a much slower and safe approach which in the end is the good thing for you and your baby. Bye bye!
