My List Of Things I Would Love To Be If I Were Not Already Me

We all have loves. Some loves are logical and within reach, but many are not. That doesn't mean that we shouldn't dream of them. It doesn't mean that we shouldn't escape to them in our mind every so often.

This is my list of "If I Were." I hope you enjoy reading it in all of its silliness and childlike nature... well, kind of childlike nature.

It took me over a week to come up with this list... These are all things I love very much. It wasn't easy.

We have to have our dreams.

I thought about this long and hard. I wouldn't want to be spinach because I couldn't eat myself; therefore, I'd have to live with spinach. I would wait patiently as the spinach reproduced being sure that I never made it extinct, yet always had it to eat.

6. If I Were a Coffee Shop, Starbucks -North 30th ST in Old Town- I Would Be

Starbucks reminds me of home. Being born and raised near Seattle, Starbucks was essentially our body gas. Ha. That sounded funny. You knew what I meant though.

5. If I Were a Mystical Creature, a Faerie I Would be

I love faeries. I do believe that they are real, and I have seen them. I had one dance on my porch rail one evening.

I love LT. I used to watch football with my father. It was always 'our time' until San Diego played Seattle. My dad would get so mad at me when I would cheer for San Diego. My dad screaming, "It's okay to cheer for another team when they aren't playing your team! Where do you think you're from anyway? If you aren't going to cheer for Seattle you can't watch it with me!"

I would always stomp out and pout.
